## Strategy Development Process

### Step 1: Situation Analysis
Synthesize market position, competitive advantages/gaps, audience priorities, and resource constraints into SWOT summary.

### Step 2: Objective Setting
Define SMART objectives across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. Include specific metrics and targets.

### Step 3: Positioning Development
Create positioning statement using template. Define category, differentiation, and value proposition.

### Step 4: Channel Strategy
For each channel define funnel role, content types, cadence, engagement approach, and metrics.

### Step 5: Content Strategy
Define 3-5 content pillars with themes, persona alignment, formats, channels, and topics.

### Step 6: Campaign Framework
Outline always-on content, tentpole campaigns, and seasonal opportunities.

## Output Specification

Generate marketing-strategy.md using template in `references/output-template.md`. Must include:

1. Executive Summary (3-4 sentences)
2. Situation Analysis (position, advantages, challenges, SWOT)
3. Strategic Objectives (SMART goals with metrics)
4. Positioning Statement (full template with supporting elements)
5. Target Audience Priority (persona prioritization table)
