The workspace access log for admins
Availability: All plans. Workspace admins only.
Skill owners see their own skill's Activity tab. Workspace admins get the wider view: a single access log across every skill in the workspace, built to answer the compliance question in one place — who used what expertise, and when.
What the log shows
Every recorded event across the workspace's skills, newest first, each with the skill, the member's identity, the event type, and the timestamp. The event types match the per-skill Activity tab:
- Instructions applied and file applied — use-only applications, where the person ran a skill without seeing inside it.
- Used — a skill ran as part of an agent.
- Viewed — someone opened a skill they can read.
Narrow it down
The log is filterable and paginated, so you can go straight to what you're being asked about:
- By skill — "show me everything that touched the pricing playbook."
- By member — "what did this contractor use during the engagement?"
- By event type — "all use-only applications this quarter."
Why it matters
Per-skill activity answers the owner's question ("is my skill being used?"). The workspace log answers the organization's: proving to a client, an auditor, or your own leadership how proprietary know-how was accessed. Combined with one workspace per client, each engagement gets its own self-contained audit trail.
