See who used your skill (Activity)
Availability: All plans. Visible to the skill's owner and admins.
When you share your expertise, you can see it being used. Every skill has an Activity tab that records who applied it, when, and how — visible to you as the owner (and to the skill's admins), and to no one else.
Open the Activity tab
- Open the skill in the editor.
- Switch to the Activity tab.
At the top, summary cards show total applies, distinct users, and when it was last applied. Below them, a newest-first table lists every event with the person's identity and timestamp.
What gets recorded
- Instructions applied — someone ran the skill under use-only access; the body was applied for them without being shown to them.
- File applied — a use-only application that drew on the skill's attached files.
- Used — the skill ran as part of an agent it's bound to.
- Viewed — someone with read access or better opened the skill.
The privacy model
It's deliberately one-way: the applier's identity is visible only to the skill's owner and admins, and the applier never gains sight of the skill's contents under use-only. You know your playbook was used and by whom; they get the outcome, not the instructions.
This is the accountability half of the use-only story — share your methodology across the team (or across firms) and keep a verifiable record of every application.
