Limits

  • We did not read this server's tool. Our anonymous initialize was refused with HTTP 401 and a Bearer challenge on 2026-09-08, which is the live check that established the OAuth posture. The name send_turn comes from Anthropic's directory listing. We have not seen its schema or its safety annotations, so this page makes no claim about either.
  • The tool count is not the capability. One tool fronts an agent whose action set Enrich Labs describes as tens of thousands of operations across 3,000-plus apps, growing as it adds integrations. No static list on this page or any other can bound what a send_turn call reaches.
  • No documented approval gate. Enrich Labs tells the operator to review drafts, budgets, dates and destinations before approval. It documents no mechanism that holds an action pending your confirmation, and the read-only/read-write guardrail language on its integration pages is template text repeated identically across 3,669 pages rather than a statement about this connector.
  • No published spending controls. Helena reaches Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads accounts and Enrich Labs describes her as managing and optimizing campaigns on them. We found no spending cap, budget ceiling or per-action limit for the connector in the vendor's documentation, pricing page, security page or terms.
  • A single OAuth scope. The server's protected-resource descriptor and its authorization-server metadata both publish exactly one scope, mcp. No scope names read separately from write, so no consent screen can offer a narrower grant and no issued token can be audited for one afterwards.
  • The plan gate is higher than the docs say. The connector documentation asks only for an active paid plan. Enrich Labs' pricing page lists MCP access under Pro Plus at $199 a month, two tiers above the $39 Starter plan.
  • Credits meter the work. Enrich Labs charges credits per task — 1 for a chat or task, 2 for a blog article, 3 for an email campaign — against a monthly allowance of 2,000 on Pro Plus that resets on the first of each month. A conversation through Claude consumes them.
  • No media generation. Enrich Labs states AI image, video and audio generation is unavailable through the Claude directory connector.
  • The specialist agents are Enterprise-only. Helena is the default agent. Enrich Labs states Enterprise plans can route requests to Angela for email, Kai for social listening, Sam for SEO and content, or Paul for paid advertising; its own agent pages label all four Enterprise.
  • The vendor documentation is thin. Enrich Labs publishes one page for this connector, 281 words, and no other page on that host. It carries no rate limits, no error reference, no tool schema and no security section specific to the connector.
  • Standard SaaS terms, with no autonomy clause. Enrich Labs' terms of service disclaim all warranties, cap total liability at the greater of twelve months of fees or $100, and require you to indemnify Enrich Labs for your use of the service. Nothing in them addresses autonomous action, ad spend or publishing on your behalf.

The connector documentation says only that a paid plan is required, but the pricing page files "MCP access: use Helena from Claude" under Pro Plus alongside multi-brand management and Google Drive sync. Starter at $39 and Pro at $99 do not list it.

Enrich Labs documents no automatic gate. Its connector page says Helena can take real-world actions such as publishing content or changing ad campaigns when requested, and then instructs you to state constraints clearly and review drafts, budgets, dates and destinations before approval. That instruction is addressed to you, not to a system that blocks the action.

Because it is a conversational passthrough, not a toolset. The single tool hands your message to Helena, and Helena chooses from her own tools on the Enrich Labs side. Enrich Labs' engineering team published in July 2026 that Helena reaches roughly 24 core tools, a couple hundred native tools across about 50 platforms, and tens of thousands of actions across 3,000-plus apps.

It can reach the accounts that do. Enrich Labs states Helena launches, manages and optimizes campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads when requested, using the ad accounts already connected to your Enrich Labs workspace. Enrich Labs publishes no spending cap, per-action limit or approval threshold for the connector in any documentation we could read.

Anthropic's directory entry says yes. Its permissions field for this connector states Helena can execute arbitrary shell commands in an isolated sandbox with outbound network access, and the description repeats the claim. Enrich Labs' own connector documentation does not mention shell execution at all, so the only source for it is Anthropic's listing.

No. Enrich Labs states that AI image, video and audio generation is not available through the Claude directory connector, and directs you to use Enrich Labs directly for media-generation workflows. Claude can still use the connector for text, analysis, planning and the other marketing actions. Enrich Labs charges 12 to 24 credits for video generation in its own product.

Helena reads the brand context and channels already connected inside your Enrich Labs account, so the connector does not add data sources on its own.
