idealista
by idealista
Search property listings in Spain, Italy and Portugal from an AI agent. Four read-only tools, matched literally against idealista's own documentation, which also excludes messaging and transactions. No sign-in. The listing-detail widget renders a Contact button no tool audit reaches.
Verified connector
Listed by Anthropic as a partner connector in its Connectors Directory.
Connection checked by Agentman on .
Anthropic states this reflects the level of review a connector received, not a security audit.

Limits
- The widget's Contact button is undocumented in prose and we did not test it. idealista's listing-detail screenshot shows a Contact control in the rendered panel, and its written exclusion list says the app does not manage messages. Those describe different surfaces and both can hold. Because following the button could send a real enquiry to a real estate agent, its behaviour is genuinely unknown, not merely unmentioned.
- We verified nothing on the wire.
https://mcp-app.idealista.com/claude/v1/mcpreturned HTTP 403 with a 14-byte "Access denied." body to an anonymous request, as did the host root, the.well-knowndescriptor paths and every other path we tried. Identical bodies across unrelated paths mean Cloudflare answered, not the MCP server. The authless posture, the transport and the tool schemas are all unconfirmed by us. - No safety annotations could be read. With no
tools/list, we cannot reportreadOnlyHintordestructiveHint. Two sources call the surface read-only — idealista's documentation and Anthropic's directory — but the server's own declaration is unread. - The tool surface differs by client. The Claude and ChatGPT surfaces share three names and differ on the fourth. Any statement about "the idealista MCP server" is about one of them.
- Three countries only. Spain, Italy and Portugal. idealista publishes no plan for other markets in this documentation, so a request about any other country has nothing to search.
get_howtocovers exactly one topic today. idealista scopes it to how to publish a listing, writing "currently" in both client documents. It is a help-content reader with one article, not a general support surface.- No location awareness. idealista documents that a request like "a home 5 minutes from my house" produces a clarifying question rather than results, because the app cannot search from your current location.
- Search coverage is idealista's, and it is a marketplace. Results reflect what is currently published on idealista, which is not the same as what is for sale or rent in a city. An agent summarising "the market" from these results is summarising one portal's inventory.
- No rate limit is published. idealista documents none for this connector. The separate access-gated Search API on
developers.idealista.comis a different product and its terms should not be assumed to apply. - The documentation is user-facing, not technical. idealista's repository states plainly that it "does not contain the source code of the idealista MCP server". There are no parameter schemas, no error codes and no versioning notes to read, from any source.
www.idealista.comblocks automated readers, so its policies were read from an archive. The privacy policy, terms and help centre all returned HTTP 403 to our requests, and a browser session meets a DataDome bot challenge we did not attempt to bypass. The policy content cited above came from a Wayback Machine capture rather than a live fetch, so it may lag the current text. The policy is dated 2026-04-17.- The privacy policy predates and does not mention this connector. It describes AI use for transcribing calls and screening contact messages, and names Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn as advertising recipients. No clause mentions MCP, Claude, Anthropic, ChatGPT or OpenAI, and none describes sharing data with an external AI assistant.
- No idealista announcement of the Claude connector could be found. idealista announced its ChatGPT app on its news site in March 2026 but published no equivalent for Claude that we could locate, and its press room is 403-blocked to us. Absence of an announcement is not absence of a product.
Frequently asked questions
No tool can. All four tools read, and idealista states the app does not manage messages. But idealista's own screenshot of the listing-detail panel shows a Contact button inside the rendered widget. That is your click, not a call the model makes. We did not test it, because idealista documents no way to withdraw an enquiry once sent.
idealista states no login or account linking is required, and Anthropic's directory records the server as authless with no_auth posture. We could not confirm this ourselves because the endpoint host answers every request with a Cloudflare 403, including the RFC 9728 descriptor paths. The posture is idealista's claim, not our observation.
Four, and both enumerations match as literal strings. Anthropic's directory lists search_properties, property_detail, get_howto and guide_idealista_assistant. idealista's documentation table lists the same four names. Neither list carries a name the other omits, in either direction, which is the strongest form this check produces.
No. idealista publishes a separate page per client, and the fourth tool differs by name. The Claude surface carries guide_idealista_assistant; the ChatGPT surface carries guide_idealista_chatgpt. The other three names are identical. The endpoint path is client-specific too, so a tool audit of one client does not describe the other.
No, and idealista says so as an exclusion rather than an omission. Its documentation states the app does not publish, edit or delete listings, does not manage favourites, alerts or messages, and does not perform any transactions. The get_howto tool explains how to publish a listing, but idealista states it cannot publish one on your behalf.
Spain, Italy and Portugal, in Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese. idealista states the conversation language can differ from the search country, because the country is determined by the location you name rather than by the language you type. There is no coverage outside those three markets, so this is not a global property search.
idealista publishes no price, plan gate or rate limit for the MCP server, and no sign-in exists to attach billing to. Its separate Search API on developers.idealista.com is access-request gated, but that is a different product on a different host and we found nothing connecting its terms to this connector.
Your search text, and nothing tied to an account, because there is no account. idealista states the app cannot search from your current location and asks you to name a city, neighbourhood or address instead. Listing results carry advertiser-written descriptions, so third-party text enters the agent's context.
