What it doesn’t do
Employment law is jurisdictional and this does not track it — anything policy-adjacent needs review by someone who does. Keep real candidate and employee records out of it unless your workspace is configured to handle personal data.
Where it runs
Anthropic built Human Resources as a Cowork plugin, which runs inside Claude Desktop. We rebuilt it as MCP-compatible skills, so the same bundle works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, and Agentman over one connection.
