get_dirigeant_companiesRead-only

Liste les societes qu'une personne dirige ou a dirigees en France (mandats de gerant, president, directeur general, associe...). Recherche par nom (et prenom facultatif) dans le Registre National des Entreprises (RNE). Utile pour savoir qui dirige, connaitre les mandats d'un dirigeant, retrouver toutes les entreprises d'une personne, ou verifier les fonctions d'un representant legal. Chaque societe est renvoyee avec son SIREN, sa denomination, la fonction exercee et l'etat du mandat (actif ou termine). En cas d'homonymes, utilisez le parametre annee_naissance pour cibler la bonne personne (ex : le Nicolas Dupont ne en 1969), ou les bornes annee_naissance_min / annee_naissance_max (une seule borne suffit, ex : ne avant 1975). Limits

Name availability is not trademark clearance. Contract-Factory states this twice, in French and English, in the tool description and in the documentation: check_name_availability searches registered company names in the RNE and *"ce n'est pas une recherche d'antériorité de marque INPI"*. A name it reports as available may still infringe a registered trademark. This is a vendor disclaimer, reported as such, and this page offers no legal advice about the consequence.
The read-only guarantee is stated, not structurally enforced in the response. Every tool's output schema declares a source attribution block naming *infosociétés by Contract-Factory* and the RNE — but no output schema marks it required, and every one sets additionalProperties: true. So the attribution is declared in the contract but not enforced by it, unlike a server that makes a disclaimer a required field of every response envelope. What
This does not touch the vendor's formality business. Contract-Factory files incorporations and statute changes commercially, and none of that reaches MCP. Anything with legal effect requires going through its website, with a human adviser and a payment.
Rate limits are real and shared with the docs. 60 requests/minute and 2,000/day per IP. Because mcp.php sits on the marketing host, the same limiter fronts the documentation page — we drew a 429 with retry-after: 60 on the docs URL while probing the endpoint.
Results are capped. Ten search results per page (30 matches maximum), 20 establishments, 30 directors, 30 mandates per person, 15 near-name matches. A large group's full footprint will not come back in one call.
French companies only, and coverage stops at what the RNE holds. Annual accounts and filed deeds appear in the vendor's web directory but no tool returns them.
No OAuth boundary exists, because there is no authentication. All four RFC 9728 probes returned a 404 byte-identical to a nonsense control path, and no www-authenticate header appeared. There are no scopes to diff against the tool names — and with an entirely read-only surface, nothing for a scope to separate.
Anthropic's directory understates the surface. It records four prompts as zero. The names are harmless, but the listing is not a complete inventory of what the server serves.
Your queries are logged for 13 months, including the search term, which may be a person's name. Contract-Factory states it receives the AI platform's server IP rather than yours, and cannot link logs to an identified person.
Data currency is asserted, not measured. Contract-Factory states daily updates from INPI and INSEE. We did not verify update latency, and the vendor publishes no lag figure. We could not establish which open licence it redistributes the RNE under — neither the documentation, the privacy policy nor the site manifest names one, stating only that the data is restituted "in the same conditions" as the vendor's public web directory.
Struck-off companies are returned, flagged with actif: false. An agent that ignores the flag will report a dissolved company as though it were trading.

Frequently asked questions

No. Despite the vendor's name, all five tools only read public company records. Contract-Factory's own technical documentation states the server exposes consultation tools only and that it creates, modifies and deletes no data. Every tool carries a readOnlyHint of true and a destructiveHint of false in the live handshake we ran on 2026-08-24.

No. We opened an anonymous connection to the endpoint on 2026-08-24 and the server completed the handshake and returned all five tools with no credential of any kind. Contract-Factory states the service needs no account, no sign-up and no authentication, and publishes no OAuth metadata at all.

From the Registre National des Entreprises held by the INPI, with the Sirene repository from INSEE named alongside it. Contract-Factory's machine-readable site manifest states the infosociétés data comes from INPI and INSEE and is updated daily. The connector serves the same records as the vendor's public infosociétés directory.

Only partly, and the vendor says so itself. The check_name_availability tool searches company names already registered in the RNE. Contract-Factory's documentation states in both languages that this is not an INPI trademark availability search, so a name it reports as free may still infringe a registered trademark.

Sixty requests per minute and two thousand per day, applied per calling IP address. Contract-Factory publishes both figures in its technical documentation and enforces them live: our own probing drew an HTTP 429 carrying a retry-after header of 60 seconds. The docs page and the MCP endpoint share one host, so heavy reading can rate-limit both.

Names, first names, roles and, for disambiguation, birth years. The get_dirigeant_companies tool lists every French company a named person directs or has directed, and its schema returns a date_naissance field. Contract-Factory masks individuals who opted out of INSEE diffusion, flagged as non_diffusible on a company record.

Yes, for up to 13 months. Article 3 ter of its privacy policy states it logs the query itself, which may contain a natural person's name, the AI platform's server IP rather than yours, hashed platform session identifiers, and technical metadata. It states it has no means of identifying the end user directly.

Four, though Anthropic's directory lists none of them. The live prompts/list call on 2026-08-24 returned analyser_societe for a full company analysis, verifier_nom for checking name availability, mandats_dirigeant for listing a person's corporate roles, and comparer_societes for a side-by-side comparison of two named French companies. All four are read-only.
