What it doesn’t do
A research aid, not a source of clinical or regulatory conclusions. Every extracted claim has to be checked against the paper — extraction errors are subtle and confident-looking, which is the failure mode worth guarding against.
Where it runs
Anthropic built Bio Research as a Cowork plugin, which runs inside Claude Desktop. We rebuilt it as MCP-compatible skills, so the same bundle works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, and Agentman over one connection.
